You Are What You Practice…

About Amala November 23, 2010

Amala Community is a heart-centered, teacher-driven studio.  It is a grass-roots effort to practice yoga, the healing arts and teach stillness in the city.

From the Amala Website:

“Our entrance is around the corner from the delightful City O’ City.
We are a walk-up studio, so you will need to dial 206 on the keypad and we’ll buzz you in.

Parking: The parking lot just south of the building is off-limits (be aware- they will tow), so please utilize street parking or in one of the surrounding lots.

**Please Note: There is both free and metered street parking, and after 5pm and anytime on the weekends, you may park in the lot on the north west corner of 13th and Sherman for free.  (This lot is for a government building, so during the business hours of 7am-5pm, PLEASE DO NOT PARK HERE.)”

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO THE LIMITATIONS OF SPACE, THERE WILL BE NO LATE ENTRY.  CLASSES WILL START PROMPTLY.  PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS TO CLEAR UP ANY BUSINESS AT THE DOOR.
